Description:

Join fellow Gilda’s club members in this fall art workshop to explore the process of printmaking. Using a variety of natural and man-made art materials we will experiment with several simple printing techniques and printing surfaces such as canvas, wood or fabric. As we engage in the art process, we will explore the theme of trial and error.

Please note* If there is a special surface you would like to try printing on, such as a shirt, please bring this from home*

Please Note:

  • Fall art workshops will be held OUTDOORS on the Gilda’s Club patio through the fall season, unless weather is inclement.Please dress for the weather.
  • Workshops are not designed to be step by step. We will be exploring a variety of techniques and materials to give you the opportunity to create a one-of-a kind project.
  • Art materials are provided (unless otherwise noted)
  • Please bring any supplies from home you’d like to incorporate into your artwork/s

About Linn-Miller:

Molly Linn-Miller has been working as a registered art therapist for 15 years. She provided art therapy and support for both individuals and groups. She works with a variety of populations including families living with cancer, those recovering from substance abuse, adults with autism and pre-school aged children.

Molly paints large-scale murals and makes mixed-media art using fiber and other natural materials. In addition to art-making she enjoys hiking with her husband, two boys, and pup, Eddy, cooking and eating with her girlfriends and playing ultimate frisbee.
