Lymphedema Management

This session covers comprehensive strategies for managing lymphedema, including manual lymphatic drainage techniques to promote lymph flow, the proper use of compression garments and bandaging, and tailored exercises to enhance lymphatic circulation. Participants will learn about dietary considerations that support fluid balance and reduction of swelling, as well as the use of K-tape to assist lymphatic flow and reduce discomfort. Practical tips for daily management and long-term care will be emphasized to help patients maintain their health and reduce the risk of complications.
