We’ll highlight corn and rice in a delicious gluten-free lunch.
First, we’ll make a crowd-pleasing corn, black bean and brown rice salad. With grains, veggies, beans, cheese and crunch, the salad will keep you satisfied until dinner.
We’ll pair this with fresh arepas, which are South American flatbreads made with corn flour and griddled to golden perfection.
The accessible cooking class series aims to make cooking more attainable for people of all experience and energy levels by demonstrating healthy, low-cost and low-effort recipes. We’ll cover tips and techniques to make cooking easier, demonstrate how to prepare the day’s recipes, then enjoy a light meal together.
