When the weather gets cool, there’s nothing better than a warm bowl of soup! In this class, we’ll make soup packed with superfoods — kale, broccoli and edamame. And we’ll show you the tricks to making this — and other blended soups — absolutely delicious.
We’ll also bake up muffins that are so good you’ll never believe they’re based on whole grains and healthy fats.
The accessible cooking class series aims to make cooking more attainable for people of all experience and energy levels by demonstrating healthy, low-cost and low-effort recipes. We’ll cover tips and techniques to make cooking easier, demonstrate how to prepare the day’s recipes, then enjoy a light meal together.
